A Blend of yoga, pilates and fitness strength combined together in both a Vinyasa style and Hatha style of yoga. The physical postures or poses are held and body awareness created, while breath and a mind body connection allow you to relax.
Therapeutic yoga is perfect for someone who has long-standing chronic issues such as pain, tightness or tension and this has just become a “normal” way of life. But movement in pain is not a “normal” way of movement or is it a “normal” way of living.
Partner Yoga (not offered currently)
Come and explore this interactive class and connect with your partner or friend while doing yoga. You and your partner will be guided through a series of postures or poses, while focusing on communication and connection. Experience a partner yoga class with various partner poses and stretches, mutually beneficial to both partners. All levels welcome. No experience necessary!
Mom & Daughter Yoga (not offered currently)
Connect with your daughter (or son) while enjoying yoga. Each class consists of breathing & relaxation exercises, yoga, pilates, & strength. The classes will focus on building self confidence, relaxing, laughing & exploration of ourselves. Learn and practice some fun yoga poses together, build and maintain your mother daughter connection and try some fun partner poses.
Muscle Strength for Total Body
Muscle Strength is a total body conditioning class using body weights and hand weights and stability balls. A short, flowing class to get the muscles conditioned, bringing awareness and strength to all muscle groups. Work to your own ability and build a balanced stable body.
